If a cancellation is necessary, twenty four hour notice will be needed. Failure of any notification may result in full charge of services. For SPA packages please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for necessary paperwork. Lateness may result in shortened service at full price. All major credit cards accepted. There will be a $30 fee on all returned checks, plus a $12 bank fee. When scheduling three or more services, Trilogy requires a 50% non-refundable deposit on services totaling $200 or more.
Any service, spa package, or dollar amount can be made into a gift certificate.
The value of this gift card may be applied towards the purchase of products and or services at Trilogy Salon & Day Spa. It may not be redeemed as cash. Additional value may be added at any time. Gift cards expire on year from the date of purchase. Thereafter, a $5.00 service fee will be deducted each month from the remaining balance. This card is not a debit card or credit card and has not implied warranties.
